Objectives
Avanti is a national leader in kitchen equipment contracting,
offering comprehensive kitchen design, equipment, & services
to the food service industry. With a strong commitment to increasing employee retention & engagement, Avanti has focused on investing in the development of their leaders. To date, they have successfully completed two cohorts of their Leadership Development Program through the CLEAR system & have started up their third in 2024.
Solution
The Perk collaborated closely with Avanti's leadership team & key stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity for their leaders. After a thorough assessment, the CLEAR Leadership Operating System was selected as the ideal solution. Avanti sought to elevate their leaders' behaviors & mindsets in a way that directly aligned with the company's core values. It was essential that the leaders didn’t just passively learn new skills; they needed to apply them effectively in real-world situations. To achieve this, The Perk facilitated monthly team coaching sessions where leaders could actively practice & refine their CLEAR skills. This approach focused on not only developing individual leaders, but also enhancing the overall leadership culture at Avanti.
