How to Build an Inclusive Culture

Be proactive & think about how the activities that your team does (which is building your culture!) are perceived by EVERYONE on your team. Without trying, you might be alienating parts of the team. You can easily swap them for new activities that are more inclusive to everyone & foster belonging!

I learned about this “Culture Swap” from Dr. Stefanie K. Johnson's book: Inclusify. I would highly recommend this book - it’s helped me up my inclusive-leadership game!
